"I need ed assistance with my billing information and a claim. I spoke to Caitlyn and she was extremely helpful. She went over my bill and explained the process of how the premiums were calculated and assured me there was no extra charges from the previous year. She was knowledgeable about the process in making a claim and gave me several options on how to move forward. I was very impressed at the service I received this time as well as the few times I have called in the past. I’m very pleased with the group at this office. The 3 times I call for assistance was a different employee and they all were well trained and knowledgeable. Thank you again Caitlyn and the rest of your group at State Farm. FYI, the confusion came from the fact my premiums dropped and nothing added up to what I pay now."

"Honestly one of the best companies I’ve dealt with I am young and quoted for many insurance companies and their quotes wouldn’t go under 450/month and thankfully when Angie was there she helped me get a much better quote and ever since dealt have had the pleasure of dealing with most of the staff there and can’t complain by any means"
